Appeal to Patrons

Our consistent effort to improve in our craft has afforded Royal River wonderful opportunities for education and travel throughout the United States.  These opportunities, however, come at significant financial cost to our members, who contribute to the cost of coaching by International-level Master Directors several times a year, as well as conference registration fees and travel expenses.

The chorus raises funds from private and public sponsored performances, the sale of three CDs we produced, running a booth at the Yarmouth Clam Festival and other activities.  However, most of each member's travel and educational costs are out of her own pocket.

With their upcoming trip to International Contest in Nashville in October of 2009, Royal River is seeking patrons to assist them in reaching their musical goals and helping ALL members of the chorus attend the contest in Nashville.

This is a unique opportunity to support an organization that provides educational opportunities to all its members and serves as a sterling representative of the State of Maine.

Tapes $10	As some of you may know, Royal River Chorus members are GREAT cooks.  So.... the chorus has put together a cookbook of all our favorite recipes (400 of them!).  This book is high-quality and you will find yourself using it over and over.
